Chief Frank began his law enforcement career with the Canaan Police Department
in 1995 after an 8 year military career. In 2003 he was promoted to the
rank of Sergeant, which he held until April of 2006 when he became the
Chief of Police.
Chief Frank has served as the departments Field Training Officer, Firearms
Instructor, Driving Instructor, Pepperball gun Instructor, and is an active
member of the Central New Hampshire Special Operations Unit. He is also an
active member of the New Hampshire Special Olympics Law Enforcement Executive
Committee.
